There is no refund in the case of an ebook. as the ebook is in digital form people easily create a copy of it. but still, customer can upgrade their order to the paperback book and pay the remaining amount but it only happens if the paperback book is in stock. ( currently paperback book out of stock ) In the case of a paperback book, the Customer can cancel the order within 2 hrs., or If the customer didn't get their paperback book within the given time ( usually delivery time 9-14 working days ).
